Fresh ruby red grapefruit is the star of this fruit-forward tart. Filled with almond frangipane and grapefruit curd in a vanilla sablé shell, this beautiful tart is topped with honey lemon thyme-poached grapefruit and finished with fresh honeycomb, honey gelée, and lemon thyme leaves. (Serves 6-8 people)
