West Village Caramel Chocolate Cake
A masterpiece of dark chocolate mousse, moist chocolate cake, and caramel cremeux. Lightly soaked with Bourbon and then glazed with milk chocolate, the best part of the cake is the crispy hazelnut feuilletine base (think: crispy wafers covered in chocolate) and that slight touch of salt. One of the most amazing chocolate cakes we've ever tasted. (8" cake, serves 6-8 persons)
Please keep all cakes refrigerated until serving. Do not keep cakes outside for more than 30 minutes. Handle delicately as our cakes are very fragile. Best eaten within 2 days of purchase.
