Welcome to U.P.! Short for “Unlimited Possibilities,” U.P. is our after-hours tasting experience by Chef Dominique Ansel and his team. At night, our table – which seats only 10 guests – descends down from our ceiling into the center of our production kitchens, where we serve creatively crafted menu centered around a theme.
For this season’s menu, we’re excited to present: U.P. Fromagerie. That’s right – it’s all about CHEESE! Enjoy a menu of both savory and sweet dishes, featuring all different cheeses we’ve carefully sourced from Saxelby Cheesemongers.
From a gooey baked Little Hosmer with tea-smoked potatoes and duck prosciutto; to a fresh spinach salad with warm sauce of A Little Blue blue cheese; pillowy-soft hand-mixed Potato Gnocchi with your choice of grated cow, sheep, or goat’s milk cheese; and Lobster Raclette with melted salt-brined Reading Raclette from Vermont. And don’t forget dessert! Featuring three different cheesecakes – a light-as-air Japanese cheesecake, Chef Dominique’s favorite Ricotta Fromage Blanc version, and a fluffy San Sebastián-style. Plus, wine pairings and a few other surprises along the way!
Tickets are $80 per person, and are available in pairs (limit 2 tickets per person).
A special wine pairing (which includes 3 glasses plus a dessert Calvados) are available for an additional $30 supplement per person.
