Chocolate Peanut Butter Banana Cake
Our newest cake is filled with peanut butter, chewy nougat, soft chocolate mousse, and ripe rum-caramelized bananas, covered in a Valrhona Caramelia (caramelized milk chocolate) glaze and crunchy roasted peanuts. (Serves 6-8 people)
Please keep all cakes refrigerated until serving. Do not keep cakes outside for more than 30 minutes. Handle delicately as our cakes are very fragile. Best eaten within 2 days of purchase.
