Chocolate Chestnut Cherry Pavlova
Our gorgeous Chocolate Chestnut Cherry Pavlova is made with a light meringue base topped with rich dark chocolate ganache, soft whipped chantilly cream, chestnut cream with a splash of whiskey, and brandied black cherries. It's topped with marrons glacés (candied chestnuts) from Aubenas in France and hand-cut chocolate petals with a dusting of cocoa powder to finish. (Serves 6-8)
Please keep all cakes refrigerated until serving. Do not keep cakes outside for more than 30 minutes. Handle delicately as our cakes are very fragile. Best eaten within 2 days of purchase.
