Blackberry Blood Orange Tart
Fresh ripe blackberries and fragrant blood orange are the stars of this fruit-forward tart. Filled with almond frangipane in a vanilla sablé shell, this beautiful tart is topped with blood orange supremes and fresh blackberries, finished with crème fraîche and crystallized tarragon leaves. (Serves 6-8 people)
Please keep all cakes refrigerated until serving. Do not keep cakes outside for more than 30 minutes. Handle delicately as our cakes are very fragile. Best eaten within 2 days of purchase.
